Epoxy Resin Screed

Epoxy Resin Screed is typically applied at thicknesses between 2mm – 3mm for self smoothing and 4mm – 6mm for trowel applied systems.

They provide a hard wearing floor surface with excellent chemical, impact and abrasion resistance, and are widely used in Engineering, Manufacturing, Print, Pharmaceutical, Warehouse and Distribution environments.

Suitable for use in a variety of industrial and commercial areas, epoxy resin screeds are hygienic, easy to clean and maintain.

Available in a variety of colours, the smooth surface of the self smoothing flow applied screed can be textured to improve slip resistance by adding suitable aggregates into a seal coat once the screed has cured.

The fast application process and quick curing times of the resin screed enable large areas to be completed within a short time frame.

As with all our floor systems, full mechanical surface preparation of the concrete substrate is carried out before the epoxy screed is applied. We also identify and repair defects within the floor slab and ensure that all existing joints are replicated through the new floor system.
